  • • The guards must be fidelity guaranteed.
  • • If any guard fails to report on duty, a replacement will be provided immediately. Disciplinary action will follow if needed.
  • • Unauthorized persons are not allowed inside without official notice.
  • • Guards will maintain an in/out register and remain alert on duty.
  • • Guards know how to use intercom and fire equipment. They control entry of people, vehicles, and goods.
  • • The company is not responsible for natural calamities.
  • • Monthly salary will be paid from the DGS office.
  • • Guards protect against trespassing, burglary, fire, theft, and damage.
  • • Guards must follow client briefing. Duties must be security-related only.
  • • Honesty, punctuality, and helpful behavior are mandatory traits.
  • • Duty posts are monitored by supervisors/officers of the company.
  • • All incidents (major/minor) will be immediately reported to clients.
  • • Transport, food, and related facilities are company-provided.
  • • Clients must notify management of any duty-related observations promptly.
  • • Monthly bills must be paid on time. Clients may not discipline guards directly.
  • • Clients must not give cash, cheques, or items to guards. Fire equipment must be client-provided.
